| “I
have been fascinated by movement since I started dancing as a child. The
body is a vehicle for movement and movement a metaphor for music. Music
is a wellspring of intellectual growth and passion. For me, music
and dance are the same fabric; the exploration of possibility. I
delight in the joy of transferring and layering imagery to sensuous
cloth. Cloth is fluid, unlike an artistís canvas or other
medium. The intuitive process of letting the cloth lead me artistically
has an opportunity to play out. Whether it is the music I am
listening to or the way I am feeling that morning, I bond it into
